1. The relic was brought to Shadowfang and buried but then dug up and hid in the council building right? If so, then it could have originated from some Mordor type place where Landon touched it.
2. Does Kane have the collar? That should be on lockdown
1. you are correct on the relic. You will find out more about it later. 2. Kane DOES NOT have the collar, but it DOES come into play in later chapters.
