VW Thanks for all you do. I’m grateful for the stories you write. I appreciate how you are able to write down the ideas on your mind amid the likely cacophony.
Our creativity & active mind can be a blessing, but is often experienced as a curse, instead. So many thoughts screaming for your attention at the same time *write me down* *NO! Write ME down FIRST!* *You better note this one, or you’ll forget it and it will be lost forever …*
    (Sigh)
Part of what makes you amazing as a writer is the superpower that, if not managed with Love, can make life very difficult, right?

    I feel for you.
    I honor your struggles.

    I See you.
    You are loved.
I will not abandon you or your stories if you need to take a break from it all.
Burnout, pressure, and overwhelm are real.

Make a Magic Bracelet for yourself, like you created for Lia, so she could take a break from all those feelings, okay?

    (Alcohol is not the answer.
Substances are not the answer. They numb us, but then DESTROY us. I grew up in an alcoholic family, so I don’t drink a drop, because I know these hijack the brain.)

The answer is WITHIN YOU, VW. Find the *rest* in between the words…the musical notes…the thoughts…the images… G-d is in this gap.

LOVE for yourself is the answer. You deserve Love.
